Summary – quantity surveyor
Freelance Quantity Surveyor required for £6m new build through to fit-out of a Church in Norwich
My client is a main contractor who are on site currently working on the shell & core of a new Church building in Norwich through to fit-out, which starts in January 2023.
It’s a £6m project on a JCT D&B contract and will run through to the Summer of 2023, so likely to be a 6 month+ contract.
The requirement is for a Freelance Intermediate / Project level QS to be site-based working alongside the Site Manager and reporting into an office-based Senior QS and Contracts Manager.
Standard QS duties including procurement, variations, valuations, payments, cost reporting and final accounts etc.
You’ll ideally come from a main contracting background with experience on similar types of projects from procurement to final account.
