Summary

Lecturer/Assessor The Faculty of Healthcare, Childcare and Public Services delivers work based qualifications (including Apprenticeships) from Level 2 to Level 5. We are looking to appoint an experienced and outstanding Childcare assessor with recent assessing experience.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a passion for Early Years and Childcare, excellence in teaching and learning and a commitment to teamwork. You will be able to inspire learners and Apprentices to reach their full potential, have the ability to manage your own caseload and track learner/Apprentice progress to ensure successful and timely completion.

You will hold a relevant assessing qualification and at least a Level vocational qualification. A willingness to teach Childcare Apprentices in the classroom is desired. You will be joining an ambitious and high performing team.

The salary range is £23,520 – £30,346, progression beyond £27,373 is conditional on holding or being enrolled on Cert Ed, DTTLS or PGCE and having timetabled teaching.
