  • Significant experience in applying the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 to technically complex projects
  • Experience securing both voluntary and statutory consents for utility projects
  • A detailed working knowledge of consenting procedures, planning processes and legislative requirements
  • First class communication skills with ability to convey your position clearly, negotiate, influence, inspire and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong financial acumen
  • A full, current driving licence.
