Assistant and Intermediate QS Requirement in South – Summary
Assistant / Intermediate QS required ASAP for main contractor on New Build Residential project in South London
The client is looking for an Assistant or Intermediate level QS to work within their Commercial team on one of two new build residiential schemes in South London, one in Croydon and one in Catford.
The opportunity is available on a freelance, temp-to-perm, or straight permanent basis.
The role is site-based in South London, working within the Commercial team.
You’ll come from either a Residential Developer or Main Contractor background with New Build Residential experience, and ideally have worked on the full Surveying lifecycle from Procurement to Final Account.
This is a great opportunity to get in with one of London’s biggest Residential Contractors!
